​WT Consultancy (SW) Ltd have a very unique way of developing sustainable health and safety management systems.  Whether that is for a start-up, or whether we are supporting the development of a cultural change within an established organisation.  Our passionate team achieve huge satisfaction in the delivery of a maintainable process in line with the WTC DNA.

RONMAR is the WT Consultancy Academy which was formed to support promising people who align with the WTC DNA to deliver support to clients using the WTC method.  Like no other, WT Consultancy are known for our hands-on approach to safety, and delivering a proportionate framework for our clients; our Trainees learn this method from their dedicated Mentor.

As well as studying independently, our Trainees work alongside a Mentor to share their experiences and knowledge to ultimately make Health and Safety more inviting and approachable to all.
